There are so many new fads popping up every 3 months, it’s hard to keep up. Since the bubblegum era of the 90’s, there have been 100+ different passing fads. It went from BSB vs. *NSYNC to Fall Out Boy vs. Panic! At the Disco to Shady vs. Murder Inc. and so on. Then came the annoying down south hip-hop with dances. Then came auto-tune. And now, everyone is a club artist. What happened to REAL music? Music where you actually had to be a good singer and play actual instruments! Everyone has to follow whats going on around them to try to stay current, and end up fizzling out anyway. A lot of good artists have gone down because they changed their sound and lost who they were in the process. It’s sad really. I guess the only true artists left are the bands that don’t get the credit they deserve. Like the Foo Fighters and bands like them. But, I guess we’ll never see it happen. So on with the electronic stuff… Till that fizzles out too.
